DCP-II is an independently managed deep-tech venture capital fund. DCP-II builds on the base of previous funds while reaching toward technology-intensive start-ups with global potential.

This financing is provided from IPA funds allocated to Regional Competitiveness Operational Programme which is supported by EU and Republic of Turkey. The Contracting Authority is the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology – DG for EU and Foreign Affairs – Regional Competitiveness Operational Programme Coordination and Implementation Directorate, and the End Recipient is the Scientific and Research Council of Turkey (TÜBITAK)
Among the investors of DCP-II are organizations supported under the TÜBİTAK - Tech-InvesTR 1514 Venture Capital Support Program, which is carried out within the framework of the cooperation agreement between TÜBİTAK and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
